Free Dentist Finder ("FDF") compiles a listing of dentists ("List") nationwide, to be provided to users through its web portal as a reference source of professional information on individual member dentists in the United States. The FDF also sponsors a year-round, toll-free service to help consumers find a general dentist in their area. Callers to (800) 669-4869 can get the names and addresses of up to five dentists in their area 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere in the United States. The List and information provided by our service may be used by the general public to allow quick access to information about member dentists. However, this List is not and cannot be construed as a referral service. For further information about member dentists, contact your state or local dental society.

The use of the List by third parties to verify information about, or the credentials of, dentists -- including but not limited to healthcare entities, hospitals, insurance companies, and/or managed care organizations -- is not sufficient to meet the standards of any regulatory agency, licensing agency or credentialing body.
